Terms and Conditions:
North Mountain Tattoo is a safe, welcoming, and kind environment. We are a sober shop during work hours. No drinking, drugs, or smoking of any kind inside of the shop. This applies to clients as well. Please be on time and punctual for all appointments. No refunds for rent. Rent is paid up front. No refunds will be given if you decide to terminate your rental agreement early.
Things to Know:
• Consent Forms must be completed every tattoo session - no exceptions.
• ACCEPTANCE UPON APPROVAL - Application form required below
• Must have current Blood Borne Pathogens Certification - we will need a copy sent to us.
• Keep a tight schedule. Show up on time for your clients.
• Keep your station clean. All supplies you would not want to share should be taken home or put away.
• Feel free to bring your own furniture: arm rest/chair/light etc.
• You are encouraged to bring in and hang up your own artwork, we love art!
• You must promote yourself / have clients lined up for your guest spot.
• There is no drug or alcohol use while you are scheduled to work. We pride ourselves on giving our clients the best possible experience. If we feel like you are drunk or high while in the shop you will be terminated immediately and you will forfeit your booth rent. We also do not tolerate hate to clients, guests, or other artists.
About the Owner:
Dan has owned North Mountain Tattoo since 2021 and has been tattooing professionally for 20 years, with experience in many different shops all over Arizona. His goal is to bring tattoo artists together to learn and grow from one another.

WHEN IS RENT DUE? Rent is due on the first day of your Guest Spot. Cash Only.
HOW DO I GAIN ACCESS TO THE BUILDING? You will be given access to the shop during business hours 12 PM to 6 PM. If you would like to start late in the day or your appointment will go past 6 PM please let Dan know so accomodations can be made, and closing procedures can be given.
HOW DO I KNOW WHICH WORK STATION TO WORK OUT OF? We will need to meet before your first appoinment to go over what booth you set up in, client forms, closing procedures, etc.
MY STATE DOESN'T REQUIRE LICENSES - WHAT IF I GUEST SPOT? We only require you to have your blood borne pathogens certification that is up to date and valid. Arizona is self regulated.
WHAT DO I NEED TO BRING WITH ME? You need machines, needles, and inks. We provide a massage table, arm rests, reclinable artist chairs, pillows, work trays, ink caps, ointment, razors, barriers. But if you have any questions on what we provide, please feel free to ask.
WHEN CAN I SET UP? You may bring your equipment and set up the day before your Guest Spot, or Early on the first day of your Guest Spot
